These Elite Interchange General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “the Terms”) apply to the EliteInterchange platform, its affiliates, or partners (hereinafter collectively, "the Platform" or “Elite Interchange”, “we”, “us” and/or “our(s)”), and to the products and services offered (hereinafter jointly “the Services”).

In these Terms, any user of this Platform, including employees, agents, affiliates, owners, partners or any other entity related to such user, that is or is considering becoming registered, are referred to as “You”, “Your” when referring to the user’s personal rights and liabilities, and/or the “user(s)” in other general meaning.

BY USING THE PLATFORM, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS; IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE PLATFORM.

Elite Interchange Plc reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time. It is Your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes will mean that You accept and agree to the changes.

As long as You comply with these Terms, Elite Interchange grants You a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Platform.

General Definitions

  • Virtual Currencies: Digital representations of value functioning as a medium of exchange, unit of account, and/or store of value using cryptography and blockchain technology, not recognized as legal tender.
  • Stablecoins: A type of virtual currency pegged to virtual currency, fiat money, or exchange-traded commodities.
  • Cryptoassets: Virtual Currencies and Stablecoins jointly.
  • Fiat Currencies: Government-declared legal tender such as USD or EURO.
  • Funds: Cryptoassets and/or Fiat Currencies collectively.
  • Legal Tender: Any national currency recognized by law as an accepted form of payment.
  • Blockchain: A distributed system that maintains transaction records across a peer-to-peer network.
  • KYC (Know Your Customer): The identity verification process for customers and users.
  • AML (Anti-Money Laundering): Procedures and regulations to prevent money laundering activities.
  • Restricted Jurisdiction: Any country or region where use of the Platform or Services is deemed illegal or unauthorized by applicable laws.
  • Your Account: A user’s personal or corporate account at eliteinterchange.com.
  • Individual Account: An account owned by one person or entity.
  • Corporate Account: An account owned by a legal entity in a non-individual capacity.
  • Affiliate: Any entity related to Elite Interchange Plc by ownership or control.
  • Partner: Any entity or individual that has partnered or integrated with Elite Interchange Plc.

General Information

The Platform is managed by Elite Interchange Plc. Elite Interchange provides a suite of digital financial services globally, facilitated via the platform www.eliteinterchange.com. For inquiries, you may contact us at supports@eliteinterchange.com.

By registering and creating an account on the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and confirm that you meet all legal requirements to use our Services, including compliance with KYC/AML protocols.

You may not register or use the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction. Elite Interchange reserves the right to reject registrations, suspend accounts, or amend access permissions as required by law or internal policy.

These Terms do not constitute investment or deposit advice. Elite Interchange Plc is not a financial advisor, fund manager, or deposit-taking institution.

Registration on the Platform and Your EliteInterchange Account Creation

To use the Platform and access our Services, You must first register and create an EliteInterchange Account. This includes providing accurate and verifiable personal information and completing the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.

You agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at the time of registration and to update such information in a timely manner to maintain its accuracy. Elite Interchange Plc may, at its sole discretion, refuse to open an account, or suspend or terminate any account where inaccurate or fraudulent information is suspected.

The creation and use of an account are subject to our internal compliance policies and applicable regulatory requirements, including but not limited to AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and CFT (Counter Financing of Terrorism) laws.

Users must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction) to create an account. Elite Interchange may request documentation to verify a user’s age and eligibility.

Upon successful registration, You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to access and use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Elite Interchange Plc immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of security.

Elite Interchange Plc is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials or comply with these obligations.

Account Types and Eligibility

Elite Interchange Plc offers different account types tailored for various user categories, including but not limited to Individual, Corporate, and Institutional accounts.

Eligibility criteria vary by account type and may include jurisdictional restrictions, regulatory compliance requirements, and other risk-based factors. We reserve the right to refuse account registration for any reason, including non-compliance with applicable laws or internal policy.

Users must ensure they are eligible under their local laws to open and operate an account on the Platform. Elite Interchange Plc does not take responsibility for users who violate such local laws or fail to meet legal eligibility.

For corporate accounts, authorized representatives must provide evidence of authority and corporate documentation during onboarding. Additional due diligence may be conducted at our discretion.

KYC/AML Policy

Elite Interchange Plc strictly adheres to global Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations to prevent illicit activities and ensure the safety of our platform.

All users are required to complete a KYC verification process before accessing certain services or features of the Platform. This may include submission of government-issued ID, proof of address, and additional verification documents or live checks.

We reserve the right to delay or refuse account registration, limit account functionalities, or suspend/terminate accounts where KYC/AML requirements are not met or where suspicious activity is detected.

Ongoing monitoring may be conducted on all accounts to detect unusual or potentially suspicious transactions. We may request further clarification or documentation at any time as part of our enhanced due diligence measures.

By using our Platform, you consent to our KYC/AML processes and agree to cooperate fully with any verification or audit request.

Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to disclose your login information to any third party and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach of your account.

Elite Interchange Plc is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.

You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must change your password immediately and notify our support team.

We reserve the right to suspend, freeze, or terminate any account that shows signs of unauthorized access, suspicious activity, or violations of our terms and policies.

User Conduct and Acceptable Use

By accessing and using the Platform, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to engage in any behavior that is harmful, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, user accounts, or systems.
  • Distributing or uploading malicious code, malware, or any harmful software.
  • Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Platform.
  • Impersonating another person or entity or falsely claiming an affiliation.
  • Using the Platform for any fraudulent, money laundering, or terrorist financing activity.

Violation of these rules may result in the suspension or termination of your account, legal action, and reporting to relevant authorities.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content and materials available on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof, are the property of Elite Interchange Plc or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The Elite Interchange name and logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Elite Interchange Plc or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of the Company.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform and its content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display, or performance of the content is strictly prohibited and may violate applicable laws.
